Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
Rule 60B
During a divorce, a income was reported that was false .Now there have been many judements and leins placed on the party that had the false income reported. I was told there is a way to bring this to the courts attention? Rule60B Is there such a Rule?
If not how would a person fight this? This person is faceing community service for not paying court ordered judgements, and not complying with court ordered instructions to pay judgements?
To put it simply, the party in question was subject to a lie that was stated at the beginning of a divorce. Is there any way to correct this? This person has past income tax forms to support their claim.

Re: Rule 60B
Ohio Rule of Civil Procedure 60(B) does allow a party to move for relief from judgment for a variety of reasons, including fraud, misrepresentation or other misconduct of the adverse party. This motion must be made within one year after judgment was entered by the court or it is time barred. Best of luck.
