Safety of my chilren

I am concerned for the safety of my 2 children, I have been divorced for 9yrs. After my divorce my X started seeing a cop who beat her up on several occasions, he was arrested for it and fired from the police dept. They went their ways. Recently they got back together and bought a house. My X has the main custody of out 2 kids and I am very concerned of their safety when staying with the abuser at the new residence my X and the abuser has purchased, which my X will not update me or tell me the address my kids are at now with her. Please I need legal advice or if I need to contact Children Services and who that contact would be.

I suggest you talk with an attorney to file a post-decree motion to change the custody of your children to you, if this is feasible for you, or at the least to resume visitation. You can discuss this with Children's Services as well if you feel your children are being abused or neglected.
