Separated. Husband taking children on vacation without permission.
I am separated from my husband. Three of the children are living in the family home with him. One of the children is living in an apartment with me. My husband made arrangements for vacation in a different state without telling me. I am usually flexible. However, he will not allow me to take the children on vacation. I told him that because he will not allow me, I will not allow him. Am I able to declare parental kidnapping if he takes the children across state lines without my permission?

If there are no court orders in effect dealing with custody/visitation, then there is probably not much you can do. He isn't really kidnapping them since he is a legal custodian and he is also informing you on where they will be.
