I am from Ohio, and considering filing for divorse. Do I need to legally be separated first? If I have been married for 21 yrs. am I still intitled to any benifits?

Re: separation?
You may file for divorce in Ohio under several grounds such as adultery, gross neglect of duty, extreme cruelty, living separate and apart for over one year without cohabitation and incompatibility. What benefits are you referring to? Your marriage is considered a long term marriage so there are things you may be entitled to depending on your situation.
