Seperation with no financial responsibility
A form/document that would relieve one spouse from any debts the other spouse would accrue after the date of a legal seperation.

A LEGAL separation is granted by a court after agreement or a trial, and that judgment entry will deal with all matters of property and debt both before and after the entry of judgment. It is not possible to completely disclaim marital responsibilities without a court order.
