Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I have shared custody of my three children. I am positive my ex wife is severely depressed and its effecting her child rearing, as well as my children. My daughter talks about it, and how mommy never does anything with them, and also you can see signs of depression in the children. What can i do to have her evaluated and a change in custody?

You will need to file for a change of custody. It sounds like it may be a difficult case because you have to prove that she is actually depressed.

I strongly advise you to get an attorney. I would be more than happy to assist you with this case. Feel free to contact me at any time free of charge at either [email protected] or [email protected].

Thanks and have a great day.
