Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
Shared Parenting
My ex-wife and I have shared parenting. My daughter is
scared to be with my ex-wife and has had extremely bad confrontations with here in the past. My ex has bi-polar and frequently says mean and
hateful things to my daughter and I which can be very
difficult to deal with. My daughter is now fifteen and is
begging me to prevent her from going to visit her mom. Do I have to
make her visit her mom or does my daughter have an option to
say she doesn't want to go?
Thanks.

Re: Shared Parenting
Your daughter has no option to not go. If you want to move the court to modify visitation, you should get your daughter's treating medical professional to testify on your behalf.
