Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Shared Parenting

I was forced into giving up sole custody after 5 years and into a shared parenting agreement just so I could move and get married - my ex continues to take or threaten to take me to court, even to the point of making false police reports on me (to date he will not provide me the documents or police report numbers but threatens to how it to a judge during court). Two things: 1) How can I get a copy of a report I don't know much about and 2) What can I do to get this to stop?

Re: Shared Parenting

Any court reports are public records unless they have been officially sealed. This is probably not your situation. Court records are handled in the clerk's office. Police reports can be gotten from the police station where the incidents have been reported.
