Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
Sibling Visitation
We have custody of our grandson. He has 4 siblings living in 3 different homes. Their guardian ad litem ''strongly suggested'' regular visitation for the children. There is a no-contact order on their parents. Only the child living with us and his younger sibling see each other on a regular basis. The 3 older siblings are not permitted by their other parents to have contact with their siblings or grandparents. Is there a legal recourse for getting these siblings together on a regular basis? And is it possible for that recourse to be inexpensive?

Re: Sibling Visitation
When dealing with a situation like this, there is no way to determine the potential cost of litigation. This appears to be a situation where the matter would be filed in juvenile court, which most likely is best suited to address the issues.
