Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Do I have to sign?

If my wife (who I have been married to for six months) wants to get a divorce, Do I have to get it? Or can I say ''NO!''? I want this to work and it can but she left the state and I think we should get counseling do I have any legal rights to get her to come back and try to make this work?

No, the decision to be married and stay married has to be mutual. You might suggest counseling, not as a way to keep the marriage, but as a way to make the best decision of staying in or getting out of the marriage.
