Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I signed a document called a paternity affidavit and the mother of the child is now saying that i am not the father and i know i had a 60 days period to get that rescinded but now that its past the 60 day period i have a year to take it to court but how do i go about a file that in juvenile court? What motion do i have to file?

I suggest going to the juvenile court in your county. The court has the forms required to file. Assuming you did not take the paternity test, you will be required to do so in order to relinquish your parental rights.
