Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I signed temporary custody of my child to the paternal grandmother. I believe it was out of impulse do to "battered womens syndrome" or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. My daughters father and I spent about three weeks in the Ronald Mcdonald House at Childrens, he even abused me there and caused the stapels from my c-section to reopen. He threatend that he would cause harm to me and "take" the baby if I left him. I was affraid for my daughter and I. I was also under the influence of percocett when I signed the affidavit. I feel that I had no other choice. I claimed physical custody of my baby, but on mothers day (of all days), I let my grandmother have the baby for a few hours and the paternal grandmother came to pick her up. She told my grandmother that she was taking us out for lunch. (my grandmother had no idea that the paternal grandmother had temp. cus.) So she let her take the baby and I have not seen her since then. I was also starting to breastfeed and she took that form of nutrition from my baby girl. I have no money for an attorney and i keep trying to get legal aid but i do not qualify. I can not even get pro-bone attorney. What should I do, and what are my rights? I feel as though this woman "legally" kidnapped my 5 month old. she has taken away precious time from us both. Even though it was stated in the affidavitt we agreed on personal terms that this was my baby and I was not to spend one night or day without her. I do not have a court date untill Nov 24. Please help.
