Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Signing away parental rights

I am seeking information including the right of a father to sign away his parental rights, while agreeing to continue to pay child support. He just doesn't want any visitation or responsibility (besides financial) of the child.

Is this possible, and how do we go about it?

Re: Signing away parental rights

If he doesn't want to visit he does not have to do so. Visitation (parenting time), although ordered by the Court does not impose a duty upon the parent to exercise it.
