Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
If someone signs up in a divorce decree to pay for half of the childrens college , then refuses to pay , is that contempt and what would the outcome be if charges were filed ?

That is contempt and he could be made to pay these and attorney fees if the court orders this to occur.
