Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My sister is getting a divorce and in her papers it stated the father of their child has temporary custody but it is ordered by the judge she get the child everyothe weekends. He is saying that in his paper work that the visits dont start until jan 29th but its not in hers.. is this legal?
