Sister needs help

My sister just turned 18. She received a large amount of money from an insurance settle from 6 years ago. Her boyfriend quit his job 2 days before and I know it's because of this money. I recently found out that he has been beating her. He's been telling her that he's going to marry her but I know that he's lying. I know that he's just using her for her money, money that she wants to use for college. Is there anything that I can do to stop him? Any help would be greatly apprenticed. Thank You.

If there is domestic violence involved, she must take action against him via a court with a restraining order. A 3rd party has no standing for such an order to issue.
