Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My son is a full time last year pharmacy student. His income is $18,000. His wife is a phamacist making $100,000 +. They were married in August 2008 and in April 2009 his wife moved out because she was having an affair. She hasn't contributed to the rent, although the lease is in both their names and doesn't end until August 31st. Can she come in and out of the apt as she pleases without notification and is she responsible for 1/2 of the rent?. When he moves out at the end of August, is he responsible for her belongings? He asked her to take her things but she has only taken her clothing and some misc. items. Also, what does he do with the wedding gifts that have not been used (china etc.). Should he move these items with him or should he put them in a storage until they decide how they should be split.

He is hoping to get a dissolution, as there are no real assets, but $100,000 + in student loans.. They don't own a home or have any children.
