Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

my son

I had my son in 1999. Six weeks after he was born his father moved to Fl. There is no documentation for visitation. For the last 4 years I have been giving his father visitation. Recently his father got married and has been harassing me. I told him to take me to court so we may have proper documentation and so there will no longer be arguments on who should have custody. He has been accusing me of parental alienation. I am not alienating our son. What can I do?

You can resolve this by instituting the proceedings instead of suggesting that he institute the proceedings.
