Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
My son is 2 year's old and lives with his mother. She recently began to date another guy who has herpes and is very open about it. He moved into the house with my son and his mom about a month ago. Is it legal to allow somebody, with that kind of STD, to live in the same household as my son? Is that a valid case to get custody of my son?

It could be a valid case for you to get custody of your son but I would need more facts. Does the mother provide a good environment for your son, besides the boyfriend with herpes? Is the boyfriend around your son alot? I would be happy to represent you in this process.
