Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
My son's wife wants a divorce after eight years of marriage. There are two children. She has never worked. they have significant property, a large house, two cars...and on and on. they live in Ohio. He is resigned to the fact that he will not get full custody, his wife is a good mother. What will be his financial liability? He is determined to make this as amicable as possible. We are all hoping that no one starts throwing stones.
Thanks

No one can accurately predict what his financial liability will be. Sometimes it simply depends on the judge. What you should do is have an attorney hired for your son in order to fully represent his interests. The attorney will be able to fight for visitation time, or full custody if that is what he desires.
I have a lot of experience with family law and would love to help.
