Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

sons wife has filed for divorce. He has a daughter has been paying child support for a yr now since they have been separated. She is asking a very lg amt is spousal support. She is also on disability for bipolar and received a very lg settlement and also gets monthy payments for the disability. He makes around 14 an hr and has to pay rent and other bills. She is a drug addict but it has not been presented in court. The question I am asking is, does he have to pay what she asks for in spousal suport and since she is on disability does he have to pay the amt the rest of her ilfe, or is there a limit in the state of ohio? Thanks, a concerned mother
