Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

What sort of conflict could possibly keep me from being eligible for legal aid. Involved in custody case. My income meets requirements. He does not qualify financially.

I am not sure. Some Legal Aid offices have a policy of serving a person only once on a matter.
