Spousal Support

In my dissolution last July, I was granted spousal support for 10 years, with the courts having no jourisdiction over it. Can your ex take you back to court to get it taken away if I remarry. It does not state any thing in the papers about it stopping if I remarry.

Ohio case law indicates that spousal support can be lost if you remarry, or live in a state tantamount to marriage in areas of cohabitation, and equal responsibility.
