Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My spouse and i are seperated and he is court order to pay child support. His company he works for is taken it form his wages but not sending it in to the child support office and the attorney for child support won't do anything about it. Is there something i can do on my own to get that company to pay me the support they owe me? I know it's got to be against the for that company to do that.

I would file a motion for contempt since you are not getting the money that is owed to you. However, you need an attorney to do this. I would be more than happy to do that for you. I have a similar case right now.

Feel free to contact me, free of charge, at [email protected] or 330-447-7634. I am happy to help in any way that I can.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Have a great day.
