Ex Step Children

My ex wife and I have 1 child together and she had 2 children before we were married. We have been divorced for over a year and all three children live with me. She is threating to take the two away from me and I would like to know what my rights are.

Simply because you are not the birth father of the first two children does not mean that she can pull them from their home environment if that ennvironment is good or better for them than the alternative. But because you are not their birth father, if the threats are real, the matter would most likely be resolved in court.
