Depends on the county you are located in. Every county is a little different. What county of Ohio are you located in. Often you need a separation agreement.

Word of advice. Retain an attorney. I have a client right now who did a dissolution but did not get an attorney to fight for her interests in the separation agreement and has had nothing but problems since.
