Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
I am currently a student graduating in 9 months. I am married with 4 children. I want to get a divorce when I am done with school
and buy a house for me and my children, can I do this without his financial information, since he won't be part of the household? He already has bought his family house from his father 12 years ago and I am not listed on that house.

Do you want to get the house now or wait until after the divorce? If you want it now just don't disclose the fact that you are married.
