Can your ex sue if you do not sell the house like it says in dissolution

In Ohio, if you do not live up to the Court's order, the other party in the case can bring a contempt of court action against you and you will have to show the court some reason justifying your failure to abide by the orders of the court to avoid punishment by the court.
