Suppolrt modification

I filed for support modification 4 months ago. At the initial hearing my ex did not produce his income verification. At the second (continued) hearing, he still didn't have it. It has been continued again. What Can I do?

You can ask the court to find him in contempt and the punishment for contempt is a fine and possibly jail.
