Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

can support be taken from both parents if married and not separated. if the stat

my husband and I children where taken by children services and they had my husband and i both paying support on the same children just wanting to know if they can do that or if only one of us should of had to pay.

Yes, if the children are in a third parties custody such as foster care or CSB, then they can order both of you to pay child support for the children.
