Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Tapping Conversations

My husband has been divorced from his ex since

1997,they share joint legal custody and he has

visitations.Since their split in 1995 he has

constantly had problems with her interfering

with his court ordered visitations and constantly

trying to destroy his relationship with thier son.

My husband wants more time with his son (who is now

7),we have filed a motion to modify visits/parenting

time, after numerous efforts to work one out with her,

we were wondering can they change it to a shared

parenting order or is that considered a change

in custody, also we were trying to prove some problems

we have been having with her for years and was

wondering if tapping our conversations with her is

allowed as evidence or is this illegal? Thank You!

Re: Tapping Conversations

Taping the conversation may or may not help, but it would be better to call the cops to help enforce the visitation plan. If you want shared parenting then, you should petition the court for a change in the parenting plan. The police reports will help to discredit her.

Good Luck!!!!!!!!!
