Terminate Paternal Rights

I found out I was pregnant and the father of the child told me to abort it. Said he wanted no part of it. My question is can he voluntarily terminate his paternal rights before the baby is born?

No parental rights attach before birth, therefore, no, they cannot be terminated before birth.
