Terminating absent fathers rights
I would like to know how you go about terminating an absent fathers parental rights. He has not been there since I first told him I was pregnant. He agreed upon giving up his rights. So I would like to know the procedures I would go about to terminate his rights legally.

In Ohio failure to communicate and support can deprive a parent of the right to consent to an adoption. I would need to know for instance, how old the child is, the circumstances around the disappearence of the father, if you know his whereabouts, if he knows yours, are you married to him or someone else, etc. Be more specific.
