Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

terminating father's vistation if he is a fugitive

I recently discovered that my child's father has a warrant out for his arrest. Is it possible to file a motion to temporarily stop visitaion until he gets the case taken care of. I am worried our 3 year old will be present if and when the police come to serve the warrant.
