Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Hi there,

I have a question about my divorce issue. My divorce was finalized 6 months ago and I recently found out that all of our assets, home, lands, business, cars were all listed under her name ONLY. I wasnt sure how she had done that since we were legally married for 11 years and we both started everything from scratch. I want to know how could I request to re-open the case and how much would it cost me for the whole process??? I greatly appreciate your help. Thank you very much.

This depends upon the terms of your separation agreement. Is it modifiable? Did you have an attorney to represent you? If so, I suggest you have another attorney review your case.
