Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
My ex threw me out three weeks ago and moved his girlfriend in. I have three children that I am custiodal parent for, the children have been wavering back and forth about who to live with. My ex wants me to open enroll two of them in his school district and let them live with him becuase I won't sign them over. Should I enroll them? What are the chances if he takes me to court for custody that they would spilt the children up since the children keep changing their minds and it has only been three weeks.

At this point, it is probably in their best interest to keep them in the district that they are already enrolled in. Too many and too sudden changes in young people's lives is not beneficial for them. They are probably confused and caught in the middle.
