Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I am twelve and I don't enjoy visting my dad. He is always leaving me out and giving my brother all of his attention. My dad doesn't even know my favorite color. Well my parents have a custody agreement, I am with a parent one week and the next it alternates. I wanted to know if I had to visit my dad on his time or if I could just have to visit when it makes me feel comfortable. And would my parent have to go to court because of this?

I wouldn't want to have to go to court over this. Maybe you can suggest to your parents that the three of you ask a counselor for help. This sounds like a problems that could get solved, and you might even feel better if you can spend more quality time with your dad.
