Do I Have any rights as a new father to have nmyy unborn son carry my last name?

If you establish paternity in Ohio, you may be able to have the child's last name changed to yours.

No rights of any kind are available until the child is born alive. Once the child is born, if there is no marriage, the mother's rights are paramount.
