What is uncovered medical expense?Are copays considered as uncovered medical expenses?Is there any difference between "uncovered"and "unreimbursed"?

Usually any out of pocket medical expense is uncovered. If by unremimbursed, you mean that the bill has yet to be paid by an insurance carrier, then it is not uncovered
