Underage babysitting

My daughter is 11 and 1/2. Can she be left alone with her siblings, 10 and 8 on a regular basis?

I don't think there is any definite age. I think it would depend on her maturity and any other safegaurds that could be put in place. If something were to happen, the blame would probably be placed on the parents for leaving the children in the care of a child of that age.
