Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
Unwanted Mail
My husband's ex-wife is putting her name on different types of mail material (non-sexual), and putting my address on it, so, when I receive it, it has her name on it and my address. How can I stop this? I am receiving things related to having a baby,Toys R Us coupons, Gerber life insurance policies, etc. She is playing games and it is starting to become a problem between my husband and myself. My husband does not think it is a big deal but I do. This had to be done on purpose. Is there anything I can do?

Re: Unwanted Mail
I suggest not confronting her or your husband about this subtle form of harrassment, if that's what it is. Check out a website that describes ways to eliminate junk mail and handle the problem this way. For example: http://www.ciwmb.ca.gov/WPW/Home/JunkMail.htm.
