Do vacations take over Father's Day visitation? Mother is not coming back with child until the day of Father's Day! Would like to see my daughter.

Normally, days of special meaning, like Father's Day, take priority, but the exchange doesn't always work out. You should be able to exchange this missed day with one of Mother's.
