What sort of visitation will my ex get with our 3 yr old daughter when he is a registered sex offender (unlawful sexual conduct with a minor). Is it possible for him to get custody?

I would hope supervised at the very least. Are you talking about some kind of shared custody? This is a matter you absolutely need to raise with the court.
