Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

visitation

My ex husband and I have shared parenting. My 4 children stay with him during the school year and with me during the summer. The ages are 17,14,13,9. He states that the three oldest can decide wheather or not they want to come stay with me when I have them for visitation. They want to stay with me so thats not the problem, I just wanted to know if this is true.

Re: visitation

You mean whether they can choose regardless of what you think? If you disagree with their decisions not to stay with you during your scheduled visitation because it is not in their best interest, you can return to court to enforce the shared parenting plan.
