In Ohio, is there a legal age at which a child may have a voice in expressing his/her wishes as pertaining to visitation of a non-custodual parent?

Re: Visitation

A child may have his/her wishes taken into account as to what is in his/her best interest whenever the court believes that child is old enough to understand what is going on. It is usually never done for children under seven. The child's choice is not binding on anyone as regards what is in their best interests.
