I have a 5yr old son and i have been paying child support since he was born. I just got out of the marine corps in July and child support stop paying in august, i was never married to his mother and we have not had blood test done for paternity. I've been home for weeks now and she will not allow me to see him. I want to know what rights do i have.

Re: Visitation Rights

The mother is, by statute, the residential parent and legal custodian until a court orders otherwise.

If the mother will agree, you can file an agreed entry detailing visitation. If not, you will need to file a motion asking the court to grant you visitation. This can be accomplished pro se, but it best handled by legal counsel.
