Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

visitation schedule

my divorce was final 2-27-06. the original decree stated that in odd numbered years i had my daughter on july4th. my daughter & i moved out of state in 6-06, a modified visitation/child support order was filed, which states when she was visiting in ohio, he got her sat and sun and the first 6 weeks of summer. no mention of july 4th in the modified order. now we are back in ohio as of 5-09. my exhusband is telling my daughter (because he's furious with me) she will be with him every weekend. july4th is on a saturday and we have a family function to go to, which he does as well. do i get to take my daughter on july 4th as stated in the original decree without worrying about any sort of legal problems?

Unless you and your ex can work this out you may have to go to court.
