Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

visitation

I have been separated from my wife for 10 years. I had our 2 chidren for 7 of those years. Almost 3 years ago, I let the kids move from Ohio to Texas to get reaccuanted with their Mother. She has dropped the kids off in Ohio to her Fathers house. No one is responding to my calls to see my children. what rights do I have to see them if we are still married?

Re: visitation

If you are still married you have the same custody rights as your wife. You have a right to retrieve the children from the grandparents. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions. Edward Dicato
