visiting right for grandparents

my granddaughter and grandson suddenly decided not to let our 3 year old child any visiting at all. we are all shocked and very hurt. she is on 150grams of zoloft and we are afraid for the child. the father is also on meds similar to hers. we want to know what we need to do and if it can be done.

You can seek permission from the Court for visitation.
