do i have to force my son to go with his dad .if he don t want to , he is only 11yrolds , and his dad only been in his life a few times , and he scared of him for the thing he did to him in the past ,

If there is a visitation order in effect, then you must do everything you can to encourage your son to go on visitation. His wishes are not enough for you to refuse. If there is no order, then you may do as you see fit. If there are prior problems, you should file a motionb in court, and see about getting any present visitation restricted.
